This policy explains how Cloud Limo Pty Ltd handles personal information through cloud-limo.com and the Cloud Limo platform. Your transport operator's privacy policy also applies to its handling of your information.

Information we use

We collect account and contact details, booking information (including passenger details, journey locations and instructions), and payment records to operate, maintain and support the booking service. This information comes from you, your transport operator and people making bookings on your behalf. Google sign-in supplies account information used to identify you. The platform uses cookies for sign-in and security.

Stripe handles card payments. Cloud Limo stores payment references and limited card information, including cardholder name, brand, last four digits and expiry, rather than full card numbers or security codes.

We do not sell personal information or use it for marketing.

Sharing and storage

Information is available to the relevant transport operator and authorised staff and drivers as needed to manage bookings. We use Google for hosting, maps and sign-in, Stripe for payments, SMTP2GO for messages, and Cloudflare for the company website. These providers may process information outside Australia. Website hosting also involves processing technical information such as IP addresses.

Customer data may also be held in backups and working copies used for maintenance, testing and migration. We do not currently apply a fixed deletion schedule.

Requests and concerns

For access, correction or deletion requests about booking information, contact your transport operator first. You can also email contact@cloud-limo.com with requests or concerns about Cloud Limo's handling of your information. We review requests individually and work with the operator where necessary. Some records may need to be retained for legal or operational reasons.
