Cloud Limo Pty Ltd provides booking, dispatch and payment software for transport operators. These terms cover cloud-limo.com and the Cloud Limo platform.

Your transport operator's terms apply to your journey, including booking changes, cancellations and refunds. For C U Soon customers, these remain C U Soon's terms. Contact your operator directly about these matters.

When using the platform, provide accurate information, use only accounts you are authorised to access, and do not interfere with the service or other users' information.

The platform may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or because of technical problems. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under Australian law. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
